LinkMemo (operated by onechunk) lets you permanently delete your account, or remove specific data, at any time. Here’s how.
Delete specific data — keep your account
Inside the LinkMemo app you can delete any individual link, folder, or tag at any time: open the item and choose Delete. Deleted items stay in Trash for 30 days, then are permanently removed. Your account stays active.
Delete your entire account
In the app:
- Open LinkMemo and sign in.
- Go to Settings and tap Delete Account.
- Type the confirmation word, then confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first. Subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play are managed in your store settings and are not cancelled automatically.
Can’t open the app?
If you uninstalled LinkMemo or can’t sign in, email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We respond within 30 days.
What is deleted, and what we keep
- Deleted: your account and profile (email, name, avatar, preferences) and all your links, folders, and tags.
- All of your data is permanently removed within 30 days of account deletion.
- We may keep standard server logs (e.g. IP, timestamps) briefly for security, and any records we are legally required to retain (e.g. tax or billing) for as long as the law requires.
